SDS Training is a
Registered Training Organisation seeking to strengthen the capacity of our
Training Team through the creation of a Resource Development team. This
role requires a self-motivated person who is outcome focused and has a
demonstrated interest in the delivery of relevant, quality training
products. This person must be able to operate effectiv
ely and
collaboratively in an environment characterised by frequent change, short time
frames and competing demands.
6 month contract
with the potential for ongoing employment.
Resource
Development Officer Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop
and maintain resources for nationally recognised units of competency and
qualifications. - Ensure
accuracy, relevance and validity of materials. - Engage
with industry, trainers and students as a component of the continuous
improvement process. - Desktop

Knowledge of
the VET framework would be an advantage.
