The role is to
primarily lead our 4 – 5 yr old group and as the educational
leader lead our experienced educators ensuring the group and service
continues to operate to the highest standard of care and education including
assessment, programming, planning and delivery of educational program. The
opportunity also exist to be 2IC.
The group also
utilises the support of a trained assistant, a well resourced service and
passionate experienced leaders to h
elp mentor your professional development.
This is a full time, permanent role to commence August 2016.

Our service promotes a homely natural environment and encourages educators
and service community to be sustainable in their day to day living. The setting
also promotes technology with iPads and laptops used for learning and
documentation.

To be considered for this role you must have:
Completed Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) Teaching Degree or equivalent
recognised by ACECQA
Previous experience working in early childhood services is essential although
new graduates will be considered
An understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality
Framework is essential
Experience in the organisation and management of physical environment, human
resources and time management
Current first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis certificates or the ability to obtain
these
Excellent communication, positive attitude, team player, creative problem
solver, professional and motivated, confident, energetic, organised,
independent worker, customer oriented
