Vyve Café is a huge
part of Heidelberg’s thriving café culture providing customers a breakfast and
lunch experience with a difference. We are renowned for our burgers, breakfasts
& great coffee, as well as providing
up to date menus that showcase
examples of Melbourne’s trending café scene. We are currently seeking an
experienced Front of house Manager to help contribute to the growth of the
café.
The Role:
- Hands
on/lead by example approach to service - Working
within a budget - Menu
Innovation – keeping in touch with current Melbourne food trends and
working with Head Chef to create seasonal menus - Managing/Rostering/Working
closely within a team - Keeping
a clean work environment and adhering to food safety standards - Keep up
communication lines with Kitchen to ensure a high standard of service
& customer satisfaction
We are looking
someone who:
– Has experience as
a Manager in a café/restaurant looking for a new challenge or wanting a change
to daytime hours
– Has a great
attitude, enjoys being part of a winning team and contributing to the success
of the business
– An experienced
Assistant Manager/front of house staff who has already worked in a similar
breakfast/lunch environment who shows they are ready to take control of their
own team
