firm - Get involved in the sale and acquisition of
businesses – perform the due diligence, negotiations of purchase/sale
prices, completed a detailed analysis regarding the structure of purchase
and highlight strategic opportunities to the clients. - Help to improve project margins for clients –
provide details job segmentation and cost allocations, review of internal
processes and strategically identifying improvements - Provide three-way forecasting – cash flow,
profit and loss and balance sheet - Develop financial models to help clients
understand and manage their businesses - Located in the Sydney CBD
- Current leadership team have come from Big 4
and mid-tier environments - Plenty of social functions throughout the year

It is expected that you will have relevant experience as a Manager or
Assistant Manager within an Accounting firm as well as Accounting
qualifications.
