client, a national provider of roadside assistance and associated services, are
currently seeking motivated and experienced Customer Service Specialist to join
their team based on the North Shore of Sydney.
duties and responsibilities will include but not limited too:
• Assist customers who require breakdown assistance, providing advice over the
phone and arrange local support where needed
• Interact with customers to ensure that they receive outstanding customer
service
• Respond to customer queries via phone and email
• Resolve any concerns or questions that the customer may have regarding their
vehicle
• Act as a contact between the automotive dealership and the customer regarding
repairs, maintenance and servicing
• Complete accurate data entry in our case management system

To be successful in this role you must have excellent written and verbal
communication skills, a basic understanding of how a car operates, and the
ability to solve problems under pressure. The ideal candidate for the role will
have excellent customer service skills, be focused, organised, confident and
outgoing, and will be able to work independently as a part of a dynamic team.
While previous experience in a call centre environment is not required, you will
need customer facing experience, and any automotive experience and technical
qualifications will be highly regarded.
This company operates 24/7 and you will be required to work a rotating roster
tha includes weekdays, weekends and some overnight. Initial training is held
Monday to Friday.
