market leading. We currently have opportunities in our Brisbane office
for Senior & Lead Electrical & Instrumentation Engineers to join
our high-performing team. Reporting to the Portfolio Lead E&IC Engineer you
will work on a designated portfolio of brownfield onshore hydrocarbon projects
through FEED and Detailed Design.
Your accountabilities will include:
- Working
in a multi-disciplinary engineering and design team, scope requirements to
build estimates and project execution plans; - Develop
and deliver fit-for-purpose engineering solutions adhering to AS/NZS
Standards and WorleyParsons’ EMS and SEAL processes; - Supervising
and checking of the design deliverables of the team resources allocated to
the assigned work packages; - Technical
vendor equipment evaluation and selection; - Ensure
all internal data and document management processes including checking are
strictly adhered to; - Managing
the activity and outputs against the agreed schedule; - Liaising
and coordinating with workshare and/or or global delivery centre resources
where appropriate
be considered for this position you must be Degree qualified preferably with
Chartered status and have experience in similar, brownfield hydrocarbons EPC or
EPCM environment. Specifically we will be looking for capabilities within your
strong suit within Electrical or Instrumentation as your core area of
expertise:
Instrumentation:
- Good
understanding & knowledge of electrical design & relay logic; - Experienced
with designing to Australian Standards, including AS/NZS 3000; - Experienced
with Hazardous Area Equipment Selection and Design to AS/NZS 60079, and
has appropriate competencies to AS/NZS 4761; - Experienced
with SIL verification / calculation, and has appropriate competencies TUV
Functional Safety Engineer; - Exposure
to and understanding of fire and gas detection system design; - Good
understanding and knowledge of instrumentation design process; - Experience with InstruCalc;
- Thorough understanding and knowledge of electrical design
& relay logic; - Experienced with designing to Australian Standards, including
AS/NZS 3000; - Experienced with Hazardous Area Equipment Selection and Design
to AS/NZS 60079, and has appropriate competencies to AS/NZS 4761; - Experience with Powerpac Pro Electrical Calculation Software;
- Experience in power systems modelling, ETAP, SKM Powertools
and GroundMat, CDEGS; - Experience in primary and secondary design, earthing, SAS.
