opportunity has become available for an Associate Mechanical Engineer.
Leading a highly skilled team of multi-discipline engineers and designers, you
will be tasked with facilitating the turnkey delivery of commercial buildings
projects from inception. You will have key engineering input, developing
conceptual designs through to budgetary and cost management. You will play an
active role in the strategic direction of the building services section,
strengthening and building relationships with key personnel, whilst
pro-actively marketing company services and capitalising on opportunities to
secure new projects. You will act as mentor to junior engineers, and seek to
promote a collaborative and progressive work environment.
You must possess:
- Mechanical
Engineering Degree - CPEng
accreditation (or close to obtaining) - 10+
years’ experience as a Mechanical Engineer in the commercial buildings
sector - Effectively,
lead and inspire less experienced Engineers - Collaborate
effectives across other disciplines, worldwide - Exemplary
quality standards, a passion for developing innovative design solutions
and utilising new technology - Client
focused, able to identify and delivery key project criteria - Identify
new project opportunities, market company capabilities and build strong
relationships with major project stakeholders - Ambitious,
motivated and passionate about engineering - Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
position would either suit an established Associate seeking a new challenge,
and opportunity to collaborate on projects globally, and with a further
promotion in the foreseeable future. Alternatively, you will be an ambitious
Senior Mechanical Engineer who is ready and enthusiastic to take a step
up, and accelerate your career.
A top of market remuneration package, in conjunction with a profit sharing
arrangement will be offered. This is a career opportunity and there is ample
