Sales Administrator Jobs Vacancy

We
are looking for a Sales Administrator for our new sales office at the
Broadwater Parklands at Southport to look after all aspects of sales support
and administration.
Next
month we will be launching an exciting new apartment building adjacent to the
Broadwater Parklands, which we will be selling off-the-plan.
It
will be busy, fast paced and fun and we are looking for someone who is
reliable, motivated and driven to succeed.
Shortly
after launching this project, we will b

e launching several more projects in
other parts of the Gold Coast so you will be involved in setting up those sales
offices too, and co-ordinating the administration.  You will need to have
your own car.

Your
tasks will include:
  • Preparation
    of real estate contracts (training provided).
  • Meeting
    and greeting visitors to our sales display suite
  • Sales
    support for the onsite sales teams
  • Marketing
    and promotional work such as handing out brochures and promotional items
  • Administration,
    mail, reporting, and liaising with our office staff and our solicitors in
    Brisbane
  • Setting
    up and keeping all our technology working perfectly
  • Keeping
    our sales offices looking immaculate.  This will involve basic
    cleaning.
  • Day
    to day operational tasks such as co-ordinating with suppliers, topping up
    brochures, organising stationary and marketing supplies and other ad-hoc
    work.
What

  • Excellent
    written communication skills and a professional phone manner
  • Immaculate
    professional business attire and presentation
  • A
    big smile, and a friendly and warm personality
  • Full
    competency in Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel and Outlook in
    particular
  • A
    high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent
    time management and organisational skills
  • Neat
    and accurate handwriting (for our real estate contracts).
  • Your
    own vehicle and drivers’ licence

Weekend
