role offers the suitable candidate a foot in the door of their highly
successful graduate technical sales program. It will present the opportunity to
progress rapidly as the company continues to gain dominance as
the premium brand in market. You will work alongside the senior members of
the team where you will be given on the job training.

Opportunity
Initially
you will support the sales team with proposals, quotes and administration tasks
whilst you learn the ropes of the business (3-6 months). Once proficient, you
will then move into field sales where you will:

- Develop
new business opportunities within your territory by networking and
following up inbound leads - Build
strong relationships with clients and prospects using your natural
relationship building skills - Respond
to requests for information, tenders and proposals - Negotiate
pricing and contracts with clients to achieve revenue and profitability
targets - Meet
with clients to forge authentic relationships, understand business drivers
and propose solutions to meet needs - Work
closely with senior team members to shadow, learn and develop

- Driven
to build a professional sales career in B2B consultative sales - Have
superb relationship building skills with natural rapport and an ability to
relate to a wide variety of people - Technically
minded – engineering/construction/project management degree preferred - Maximum
1 years experience in technical sales, sales engineer experience is
prefered. - Confident
with the ability to step outside your comfort zone - Naturally
proactive and self starting – naturally seek out ways to improve processes
to achieve the business outcome - Natural
technical aptitude – can quickly get to grips with new technologies,
curious to seek out how things work
