Who is our next Product Manager-Transaction Banking?
A candidate who has at least 3 years experience in a banking sector, has a Degree in Economics, Management or a related field. He or she has excellent knowledge of English and French both written and verbal. Our Product Manager -Transaction Banking must have a strong drive to deliver results & to meet set deadlines, a good communicator, has team spirit.

Service mission: Manages BPR Transaction banking product/ service portfolio to ensure it grows profitably & is competitive on the market. This includes: Cash management, Remittances, trade finance, POS, Cards etc.

Responsibilities:
• Develop products & services to increase bank’s market share/ profitability for the dedicated product portfolio, as per the annual plan.
• Undertake competitive benchmarking of BPR’s products & services from a market share, pricing &feature/ usability standpoint for the dedicated product portfolio.
• Contribute to the development of product marketing & sales concepts, in collaboration with sales & marketing for the dedicated product portfolio.
• Work closely with Operations & Treasury on product & service related issues.
• Constantly monitor & report the performance of the dedicated product portfolio.
• Ensure that the dedicated product portfolio is fully documented to ensure awareness for both internal & external users.
• Undertake trainings & regular assessments of product knowledge among sales & front office staff.
