Our client Tigo is a
leading Telecommunication Company in Rwanda and is seeking to recruit result
driven and motivated individuals for the above vacancy;

Technical Specialist
Duties and
Responsibilities:
- VAS platforms
availability (SMSC, GGSN, SGSN, other VAS platforms excluding IN) and
handling O&M activities of the VAS platforms. - Implement all
work orders received from the NOC (network changes implementation), including
data fills, routing changes, signalling network changes, interconnect
definitions, numbering plan implementations, but excluding tariff changes. - Perform all
routine activities of the system according to vendors specifications. - Perform
detailed investigation/analysis in case of escalation of trouble tickets,
to escalate and to trigger vendor support (SSA) if necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors
Degree in Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering. - One year
relevant experience. - Good
Communication, leadership and interpersonal skills. - Should have
good planning and organizational skills. - Creative and
Innovative. - Curious to
learn. - Self confident
and motivated. - A team player
with unquestionable integrity. - Must be
Rwandan.
