Administrative Assistant Minister’s Office
Job Profile
• Responsible for handling visitors of the Minister;
• Ensuring proper filing of dossiers and documents in the Minister’s office;
• Handling incoming calls;
• Recording files and documents returned by the Minister or the advisor to the Minister;
• Dispatching correspondences;
• Organising and updating the Minister’s diary;
• Drafting letters as per the minister’s request
• To execute any other task, in connection with the mission of the Ministry, as assigned by relevant authorities.
• Organise travel logistics/arrangements of the Minister
Specific Requirements for the Post
• A1 Secretariat or other relevant field with 2 years working experience;
• Computer skills;
• Fluent in English and/or French

The application form must be accompanied by the photocopies of the required degree and Identity Card and any other copies of professional qualifications.

Short listed Candidates will be communicated the dates to sit the written test and interview.
