– Senior behavior change communication (BCC)/(IE&C) specialist:
Responsible for developing and managing public awareness/education and marketing.
– Provincial coordinators:
Province based positions. Responsible for managing field activities; coordinating with the District Health Administration and local partners.
– Cooperative development specialist:
Supports income-generating activities for community health workers.
– Family planning specialist
– Malaria specialist
– Monitoring & evaluation officer
– Training logistics coordinator
Qualifications:
• Advance degree in field relevant to the position to which applying
• 10+ years experience for senior level positions
• 5 to 9 years experience for mid- level positions
• English language proficiency required
• Prior USAID project experience a plus
• Previous project experience in Rwanda a plus
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
