Duties and Responsibilities:
• Keep abreast with the media and know the latest trends or what is happening all the time
• Proactively contribute to the growth of the business in Rwanda
• Have a good grasp of market life trends
• Manage the translation of starfish material
• Writing and presentation of proposals to his or her supervisor and or client where required
• Providing monthly reports and updates to the Managing Director
• Ensure sales invoices and statements to customers are raised accurately and on a timely basis
• Petty cash maintenance
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications and Skills:
• A minimum of a diploma in any business field with two years experience in a related field
• Experience in using Microsoft windows and office applications including word, excel, power point, outlook, chat applications and emails.
• Proven ability to solve problems and communicate solutions
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership ability and team management
• Proven ability to manage plans and commitment
• Ability to listen, understand and conceptualize ideas
• Good interpersonal skills and willingness to take advice
• Ability to learn fast
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to speak English, Kinyarwanda and knowledge of French
• Must be Rwandan
