As the Territory Manager you would be expected to contribute to Tigo’s strategic goals by achieving DATA yearly and monthly targets, continually improving the present and future performance of Tigo Rwanda and
creating team spirit based on the Tigo culture and Values
The duties and responsibilities of the Territory Manager will mainly include:
• Contribute in the definition of the Global Strategy for Data
• Managing resources to deliver the offer in alignment with data strategy
• Selling the offer to consumers, including development of street dynamics
• Managing the direct and indirect Data Sales Channels in all territories
• Translates Data strategy into action plan in cooperation with the managers or supervisors.
• Determines which resources(financial, staffing and organization) and time schedules are required to achieve objectives
• Execute dealers loyalty evaluation and prepare frontline feedback report.
• Reports on business & product performance
• Ensures that departmental action plan is implemented
Desired Skills & Experience
Candidates interested in the Territory Manager position should meet the following requirements:
• University degree or equivalent, preferable Master in business administration/Marketing/Business/Engineering
• Senior managerial experience with field and operation experience preferable in FMCG
• Knowledge and experience of Marketing, Business and Finance
• Project management
• Leadership
• Must speak fluent English
• Presentation & reporting
• MS OFFICE skills
