Duties and responsibilities
• Constantly update MINEAC’s social media (Twitter, Facebook) ;
• Increase the EAC and Ministry’s awareness through he use of social media ;
• Regularly update the Ministry’s website ;
• Assist in writing and designing the Ministry’s internal newsletter ;
• Assist in planning and coordinating various sensibilization and education campaigns ;
• Develop and produce sensitization messages and educations tools on EA integration ;
• Assist in preparing and producing promotional materials and disseminating information on EAC & MINEAC
• Prepare appropriate responses to posts, comments, questions & opinions concerning the EAC and MINEAC whenever necessary
• Produce weekly reports on the Ministry’s use of social media
• Perform any other assigned activities
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication Journalism, Marketing, Public Administration, or any other related field
• Good Social media skills ;
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office) ; Communication skills ;
• Good written and spoken English
