1. Journalists Nyagatare Community Radio (3 posts) Musanze Community Radio (3 posts)
Responsibilities/Attributions
• Cover, edit and report stories primarily to Community radio and event to other national news agencies hence the increment in number as shown
• Generate ideas for news stories
• Produce Radio shows primarily for community radio and Radio Rwanda in any language used in the country
• Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor
Required qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, or communication
• Computer literacy
• Fluent in English and French
• Proved experience of 1 year in journalism
2. Journalist : French presenters at RTV (5 posts)
Responsibilities/Attributions
• News reporting
• News presentation ad presentation of Live shows
• Present weekly, news roundup ;
• Producing news magazines
Required qualification
• A1 in journalism, communication, literature, or education, or A2 in Arts and Humanities with 2 years experience in journalism ;
• Fluency in spoken French, knowledge of Kinyarwanda & English is an advantage
• Computer literate
• Previous French news presentation preferable
• Presentable in appearance
• Have a good clear voice
