Under the direct supervision of the Regional Manager, the incumbent will have the responsibility of identifying, selecting, training, and monitoring cooperatives that will sell and recharge our Nuru Lights. The specific outputs that the incumbent must achieve are the following:
1. Identify, select and train entrepreneurs per month in the respective areas.
2. Monitor the performance of entrepreneurs in the district of operation
3. Assist in advertising and marketing Nuru Products.
4. Enter Information about Nuru entrepreneurs into the Nuru Database.
5. Liaise between Nuru Management and other institutions like NGO’s, MFI’s and Co-operatives.
6. Translate materials to Kinyarwanda where applicable.
7. Conduct customer surveys.
Qualifications:
• Complete first degree, business, education or management is an added advantage. Teachers, Social Workers and Women are encouraged to apply.
• This post will require fluency in both English and Kinyarwanda. The Field Officer must have excellent communication, interpersonal and computer skills to deal with both the cooperatives and with the office staff.
• Willing and able to relocate and travel within East Africa.
• A valid motorcycle rider’s permit is an added advantage.
