• Planning, organizing, coordinating administrative and human resources activities;
• Monitoring personnel action such as performance appraisal, promotion, internal transfers and termination of services;
• Planning and advising the University Management in all matters related to personnel, policies, systems and difficulties;
• Participating in critical staffing compensation and other personnel action required;
• Reviewing and developing trainings and staff rotation programmes;
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by his/her supervisor.
Qualifications
1. Ideal candidate should have at least a Master Degree in a relevant field of Management, Law, Arts and Humanities, etc.
2. Capacity of adaptation and integration, sociability, dynamism and self motivation
3. Ability to work hard as well as work in a multicultural environment

The filled application form, a copy of the National Identity card and a copy of the Academic degree will be submitted to the office of the Directorate of Human Resources and Administration, with a copy to the Vice Rector for Administration and Finance.
