1. Administrative Assistant (Office of the Minister) :
Bachelor’s in Public Administration, Management, Secretariat ; Or A1 in Secretariat, other relevant field with at least 3 years of working experience
2. Executive Assistant(Office of the Minister) :
Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Management or A1 in Secretariat with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in a very busy environment.
3. Public Relations and communication Officer (Office of the PS) :
At least A0 in communication, journalism, Marketing or other relevant field
4. Procurement Officer (Office of the PS) :
Bachelor’s degree in procurement, Finance, Law or Economics with 3 years of relevant working experience
5. Planning, Monitoring & evaluation Officer (Policy & Planning Department) :
At least Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Statistics, Civil engineering or any other relevant field with at least 3 years of relevant working experience. Professional training in projects Monitoring and Evaluation will be an added advantage
6. Legal officer in charge of Energy, Water and sanitation :
Master’s degree in Law with 1 year of experience
7. Human Resource Officer (Finance & Administration Unit) :
At least Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, management or social sciences with at least 3 years relevant working experience
8. Budget Officer (Finance & Administration Unit) :
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance or accounting with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
9. Secretary in the Central Secretariat (Finance & Administration Unit) :
A1 in Secretariat or other relevant field with at least 3 years of working experience.
10. Secretariat to the Unit (Finance & Administration Unit) :
A1 in Secretariat or other relevant field with at least 3 years of working experience.
11. Documentation & Archives Officer (Finance & Administration Unit) :
Bachelors degree Library & information Science or A1 in Library & Information Science, with 3 year working experience
12. Accountant (Meteorology) :
Management degree in Management, Finance or Accounting with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
13. Procurement Officer (Meteorology) :
Bachelor’s degree in procurement, Finance, Law or Economics with 3 years of relevant working experience.
