I am currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager on behalf of a Big 4 Accountancy firm based in Rwanda.
Rwanda, officially the Republic of Rwanda is a sovereign state in central and eastern Africa.
Located a few degrees south of the Equator, Rwanda is bordered by Uganda, Tanzania, Burundi, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. All of Rwanda is at high elevation, with a geography dominated by mountains in the west, savanna in the east, and numerous lakes throughout the country. The climate is temperate to subtropical, with two rainy seasons and two dry seasons every year.
Salary will be calculated on a case by case basis.
Requirements
What I am looking for:
* Rwandese national due to visa restrictions
* 5-10 years of experience
* Someone who can grow the business and have partner potential
* Experience working with the Government of Rwanda, that is knowledge and a good network
* Experience working for, or with donors, in particular DFID (Department for International Development)
* Experience as a consultant and/or working for a consulting firm
* A generalist preferably – training as a chartered accountant or economist or business administration
