The Ministry of Health /Community health Desk wishes to recruit 5 qualified
and competent persons for the post of facilitator RapidSMS/mUbuzima
Position: Facilitator RapidSMS/mUbuzima
Source of funding: UNICEF
Duration: 3 months
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Organize Training and refresher training for
districts, Health centers and CHWs on RapidSMS/mUbuzima
- Evaluate
the capacity of personnel from district hospitals, health centers on data
analysis. - Evaluate
the capacity of CHWs to report on RapidSMS/mUbuzima - Develop
training plan for personnel on district, health center level - Make
report on all training done.
2. Data analysis of data from the community reported by
CHWs
- Evaluate
data quality on monthly basis - Coordinate
with data managers and community health supervisors at district hospital,
health center level on data cleaning and analysis. - Participate
in elaboration and update of data reporting tools and training.
3. Make regular feedback to community health supervisors
- Evaluate
the needs of data analysis for district, health center level. Prepare
quarterly report on community data from RapidSMS/mUbuzima
Profile:
- Degree in
Public health, Information technology or other related with experience in
the community activities. - Good
experience in capacity building. - Have
experience on database management. - Good
experience on data analysis. - Minimum of
two years´ experience working in health sector, statistical analysis, data
and databases. - Good
experience in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint - Strong
fluency in written and spoken English or French as well as excellent oral
and written communication skills
