KSK Associates Financial Consultants is a consultancy firm that provides
Financial Consultancy Services including Assurance and Business Advisory
Services, Feasibility studies & Project Proposal Preparation, Recruitment
and Training for Businesses.
We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and knowledgeable individual for
our client, in a busy hardware business.
JOB TITLE:
Sales Manager/Marketing Manager.
Qualifications,
Experience and Competencies required:
• A University Degree from a recognized University.
• At least 4 years relevant working experience in a similar busy environment;
• Good Marketing skills and result orientated;
• Concern for standards;
• Good Analytical Skills and Ability to work under minimum supervision;
• Self motivated with demonstrated ability to generate sales reports and meet
set deadlines with good integrity and confidentiality;
• Ability to maintain personal professional development and competencies on
financial issues; and
• A team player with good interpersonal, communication and creative thinking
skills.
JOB
DESCRIPTION:
• Initiate market exploration;
• Refer to all relevant information and statistics to target new customers;
• Identify the potential of clients and recommend the same to the Management
team;
• Facilitate information and opportunity transfer to other sales channels;
• Systematically and constructively provide feedback to the product owners based
on the findings in the market and from the customers to improve the services of
the organization;
• Liaise with Customer Service staff on a regular basis in order communicate
any special requirements from customers;
• Ensure optimal sales/operational processes are in place to maintain high
service standards;
• Collaborate with other staff to ensure best practices and trade/industry
knowledge is shared; and
• Submit monthly account specific sales reports and other reporting as
required.
