supports the office of the Country Director in office management and daily
activities including secretarial duties, communication and procurement. The
ideal candidate should be bilingual (French and English) and possess excellent
skills in correspondence and report editing, in addition to mastery of MS
Office software.

Duties
– Assist the office of the country director in daily office management tasks
– Drafting of correspondence and editing of reports
– Typing, filing and organizing data and information
– Organize and manage all official correspondences and mails
– Organize internal and external meetings and workshops
– Etc.
