Tigo Direct Sales Force (Eastern) Job Vacancy in Rwanda

Our client Tigo is a
leading Telecommunication Company in Rwanda and is seeking to recruit a result
driven and motivated individual for the vacancy above;

Reporting to: Head of Territory Management 

Duties and
Responsibilities:

  • Ensure
    that the dealer’s activities are carried out  within the limits of
    his geographic area
  • Ensure
    the dealers’ effective management of the Activation Centers, and points of
    Sales
  • Supervise
    and monitor to make sure all the dealer’s points for sales are active and
    evolutionary
  • Stay within
    the standard KPI defined by the company.

Qualification and
Skills:

  • University
    degree or equivalent, preferable Bachelor in business
    administration/Marketing/Business/Engineering
  • 2 years
    of managerial experience with field and operation experience preferable in
    FMCG
  • Without
    Bachelor degree, 5 years of managerial experience with field and operation
    experience
