Edmund Mach Foundation (FEM) is offering PhD
Scholarships for international students. Total 22 PhD scholarships are offered
in the fields of Agriculture, Climate Change, Computational & Systems
Biology, Environment, Food and Nutrition– First Stage Researcher (R1). FEM
is a research Foundation and cannot issue the PhD degree. Therefore successful
candidates will have to register as PhD student with the University partner of
the project or with another University. The scholarship is awarded up to three
years with a salary of 20.000 Euro per year. The deadline for
applications is May 24, 2013.

Scholarship Description: The scholarship is funded from FEM. It includes a salary of 20.000 Euro

provide a scan copy of the transcript of the academic records, i.e. the
inventory of the courses taken and grades earned throughout the university
