ICCO (Interchurch cooperative for development
cooperation),
wishes to recruit highly skilled, qualified,
dedicated and experienced professionals to fill the positions of:
1) Fund Manager
Key responsibilities:
-Develop the facility’s management manual Assess
the proposals and identify interesting innovative initiatives in the field of
Agribusiness connected to Dutch agri-business;
-Oversee implementation of the funded projects and conduct monitoring and
evaluation of the impact and outcome of the funding;
-Represent and promote the ASDF initiatives in appropriate fora.
-Providing oversight and manage the performance of the Fund Management Office
(FMO) and its staff
-Minimum education and experience Extensive international (5- 7 years)
experience in fund management, agribusiness and private sector development
preferably in African context;
-Knowledge of the Netherlands policy and activities of Netherlands in Rwanda
-Innovative attitude in order to enable adequate assessment and development of
calls for proposals
-Proven track record in project management and is financially experienced;




2) Business Development and Network Assistant to
APF Agri-Hub Rwanda
Key responsibilities:
-Logistical support in view of APF supported events
both at general and at group level where required. this refers to contacts and
communication with suppliers (venues and other services), participants,
resource persons and organizers.
-Follow-up to network members with regards to requests for support on operating
the online platform as well as providing hands-on support and
-Operating the Online Platform and providing the membership with up to date
news, events and issues related to Agri-Business.
-Collecting M&E information with regard to the results of network
activities incl. evaluation of events and online linkages.
-Reporting of coordination meeting and coordination meeting and documentation
according to APF formats of reports, briefs, factsheets, etc.
Minimum education and experience
-University degree in Agriculture, Economics or
Business Management
-At least 3 years working experience in Business Development Services (BDS) or
Agri Business Development.
-A good command of English, French and Kinyarwanda (writing, reading and
speaking)
3) National Consultant
-Description of the assignment: Coaching gender
mainstreaming in value chain for Agri-Pro Focus Rwanda; he/she will coach 20
organizations-members of Agri-Pro Focus Rwanda.
-Period of assignment: 45 working days spread out 9 months. Profile coaches:
-Theoretical Knowledge of Gender theory in general, Gender and Value Chains,
Value chain Development Planning Monitoring and Evaluation.
Experience/Skills/Qualities
-Coaching and human resource development;
-Analytical and Writing;
-Facilitation At least 5 years of experience in working on knowledge development
in development practice.
