Role:
- Drive
increased market expansion and penetration by creating a roadmap and
strategy for pan Africa customer acquisition, in line with overall
business and marketing strategy including purchase to pay, inventory
management, site returns, locked elands and sites and maximizing value
creation and asset protection and Supporting the annual planning cycle and
quarterly revisions. - Develop
products to acquire customer base. - Develop
and enhance customer engagement. - Developing,
managing and nurturing partners & locally working with internal
customers.
EDUCATIONAL
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s
degree in relevant field. - Post-graduate
qualification (e.g. CIM), an MBA would be an added advantage
RELEVANT
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum
of 3-5years experience in a marketing position, with a focus on product
development. - Minimum
of 3 years management experience - Experience
of Telecommunications Industry or FMCG marketing environment - Able to
operate in a performance driven organization - Affinity
with and technical knowledge of the latest technologies and services used
within the industry and affiliated industries & Excellent Data
analysis and Excel skills
2. Supply chain management role:
Manager, planning, Reporting and Process Compliance Band 5, Assistant Manager,
level 14
Role:
Provide support to
the SCM team through implementation and monitoring of policies and processes
management of ERP Master data and Vendor Performance management to ensure
efficient operations and compliance with controls requirement
EDUCATIONAL
QUALIFICATIONS
- Qualification
in Business Administration, Finance or Engineering. - Strong
analytical skills
RELEVANT
EXPERIENCE
- Relevant
2 years of varied experience in Telecom. - Sound
understanding and extensive experience in Planning and Reporting
OTHER

3. M-Commerce: Manager,
Manager Internal Control Airtel Money Band 5, Assistant Manager, level 14
Role:
- Develop
and manage all internal controls for Airtel Money and ensure mitigation of
revenue leakages, fraud, errors and omissions. - Participate
in direct coordination with Group RAFM Governance 6, Compliance Manager
and Opco Controller Airtel Money, in developing strategy and departmental
governance and compliance for the OPCO,
EDUCATIONAL
QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelor’s degree
or equivalent work experience, preferably with a major in Finance, Economics,
Accounting, IT and/or other related job experience
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- 3-5
years financial, operational, and information technology experience with a
telecommunications service provider, preferably in a GSM or financial
services environment - Significant
experience and exposure to mobile money transfer, services, rates,
tariffs, regulations, service level agreements, and retail and corporate
agreements and contracts preferably come from a Big 5 telecommunications/banking
(with electronic banking as an added advantage)/ consulting/edp audit
background - Significant
experience and exposure with customer care, usage processing and billing
processes, systems and interfaces - Strong
experience and exposure with mobile money transfer billing processes,
procedures and systems - Strong
understanding of data analysis, auditing and reconciliation methods and
procedures - Hands
on Project management skills, any SQL or Oracle experience helpful.
