Position: Director of Talent & Human Resources
Location: Kigali, Rwanda
Duration: 2 year minimum commitment, full-time
The new Director will lead Akilah’s efforts to
attract, develop, and retain the best educators and professionals and further
enable the organization to deliver high-quality education to our students.
He/she will serve as the head of human resources and will oversee a
