Strengthening Technical Director for an anticipated Orphan and Vulnerable
Children (OVC) Program in Rwanda
The Economic Strengthening Technical Director will
have responsibility for all activities associated with improving the economic
stability of households caring for OVC.

- 2. Knowledge,
Skills, Qualifications
- Master’s Degree or higher in social sciences or
social work, or a closely related field is required; - At least three years of experience designing,
implementing, and managing - Household economic strengthening initiatives
in/for developing countries; - Experience in leveraging private public
partnerships is preferred; - Strong interpersonal, writing, and oral
presentation skills in English - Two years of experience living or working in a
developing country is desired.
