Bookkeeper’’we are looking for applicants that are driven, hardworking to
start as soon as possible.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Data management: track weekly payment and
delivery data; perform delivery and payment reconciliations; track and
reconcile subsidy submissions to MINAGRI - Reporting: generate monthly customer repayment
status notices; compile reports on repayment and deliveries - Documentation: develop standard monthly reporting
templates; design and implement customer delivery notices, receipts, and
invoices - Other: Work with the Finance Manager, Agrodealer
team, and Finance team to accomplish Agrodealer program goals.
Requirements
- 1-2 years finance experience or experience in
another related field (required) - Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or other
related field (required) - Excellent written and verbal communicator;
attention to detail - A strong sense of ethics, honesty and integrity
- Computer skills, most importantly experience in
Microsoft Excel - Sense of accountability and responsibility;
committed to following up on projects and deliverables - Quick learner and team player
- Ability to think strategically
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Language: Fluent in Kinyarwanda and English
- Passionate about serving smallholder farmers
