Qualification: The candidate should be graduate in Agriculture Sciences; crop
production or Agronomy (AO level)

Experience:
A minimum of 10 years experience working in sugar industry with the exposure on
managing a large scale sugar cane farms as well as small holders (out growers)
by having managed the activities viz: Land preparation, Crop Management,
Fertilizer application, Harvesting, Transportation and Labor Management.
