Qualifications: Knowledge and
Technical Skills:

The
following may be acquired through a combination of formal or self-education,
prior experience or on-the-job training:

- Certified Public Accountant (CPA),
ACCA or similar qualification. - Degree in Business Administration
will be of added value - Experience required 2 and more
in Audit or Finance Department in a financial institution - Good knowledge of the local
regulatory requirements under which VFC operates. - Determined personality with initiative,
perseverance and the ability to motivate and manage a team - Capability and willingness to take
responsibility and highly developed sense of integrity - Ready to comply and live up to and in
accordance with the organization Ideals and Core Values
- Competence in Microsoft Office
applications. Accounting and loan tracking system. - Experience in Micro fin is an added
advantage. - Good knowledge in Economic and
Financial topics - Be a good trainer, facilitator,
mentor, and coach - Fluent written and verbal English.
- Fluency in French or Kinyarwanda
highly desirable
