The office of the National

1. Incubation Centre
Manager (2)
- Masters o Bachelors’ Degree in Agriculture Economics and
Agribusiness and/or Masters’ Degree in Business Administration
- He/she should have Experience of planning, prioritizing
and organizing own work or resources, managing multiple deadlines and
working autonomously with minimum supervision
2. Investment &
Financial Analyst (1)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics with
Master’s in Business Administration with specialty in Finance
- The specialization in ACCA is added asset
3. Intellectual Property
Manager (1)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with Masters’ Degree in
Business Administration
- He/she must have a minimum of 3 years working experience
and good knowledge of intellectual property matters
4. Marketing Officer (1)
- Bachelor’s in Journalism, Communication, advertising or
public relations with master’s degree in business administration with a
marketing sociality
- Candidate should possess a minimum work experience of 4
years
5. Administrative
Assistant to Division Manager (1)
- Bachelors’ degree or A1 in public administration,
Secretariat Studies or business administration with a minimum or 3 years
work experience as an office administrator
6. Quality Assurance
Officer (1)
- Bachelors’ Degree r Masters’ in Microbiology or quality
assurance management
- He/she must be familiar with quality hazards and quality
management systems
7. Legal Officer
(Industrial Property) (1)
- Bachelor’s Degree in law, with a good knowledge of
Rwanda’s Industrial Property, commercial and consumer protection law(s)
8. Biotechnology
Researcher (3)
- A Ph.D or M.S. in Food Science and Technology or related
discipline is required
- At least 4 years of post-graduate experience in
research, food processing and/or food product development with at least
two publications in peer-reviewed journals
9. Administrative
Assistant to Head of Department (1)
- Bachelors’ Degree or A1 in Secretarial Studies,
Management and office management with 3 years of working experience.
10. Lab technician (1)
- B.S. in Food Science and Technology or related discipline
- At least two years of working experience as laboratory
technician
11. Public Relations
& Communication Officer
- Bachelors’ Degree in Public Relations, Communication,
Journalism with 3 years of working experience
12. Procurement Officer
(1)
- Bachelors’ Degree in Procurement Purchase, Management,
Accounting, Public Finance, Law and 3 years or working experience
13. Director of
Administration and Finance (1)
- Bachelors’ Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management
specializing in Finance, Accounting, Professional qualifications such as
ACCA and 3 years of working Experience.
14. Internal Auditor (1)
- Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting, Public Finance,
Management specializing in Finance/Accounting and 3 years of working
experience.
