TERMS OF REFERENCE:
RwandaOnline Platform Limited, in an exclusive PPP
agreement with the Government of Rwanda, will build a single integrated
platform to deliver all Rwandan government services online.

In order to fulfill its mandate ROPL seeks to
hire a person with technical skills for the translation of the different ROPL documentation in Kinyarwanda, French and English languages.

1. The Objective of the Assignment:
To provide proper translation services of
implementation tools of business law, translate IT related documents, tourism and
conservation related documents, investment promotions, and any other ROP document that may need to be
translated.

2. The Scope of translation Services will
include;

· Translation services of all ROP documents; administrative, technical documents,
different terms of references/technical specifications for the recruitment of
the needed consultants and/or suppliers

· Provide quality translation services to the

delivery of translated materials either in English, French or Kinyarwanda;

quality of work of translations reflecting an accurate portrayal of the meaning

Staff requirements:
With minimum Bachelor’s degree in languages/arts with 5-10 years
experience in translation and editing services, having executed 3 high profile translation
projects of similar nature or in a related field.

The team should also provide ability and capacity to deliver
translations to meet tight deadlines.
