was founded in 2011 to prove that solar home systems were an ideal
solution for off-grid electrification and could address the rural
electrification gap. Mobisol’s proprietary solar home system (SHS) is
capable of providing enough power for lighting, mobile charging, radios,
televisions, and even refrigerators, and can be sold for monthly installments
as low as $10 per month. We are seeking to recruit a Market Hub Operator (MHO).

Position: Repair Officer.

Location: Regional Hub in Rwanda (Outside
Kigali)

Responsibilities	The Repair Officer is responsible for advanced repair of Solar Home Systems (SHS), mainly consisting of solar controller repair (regulator board.
Activities	Responsible to repair broken solar controllers/regulator boards Ensure that all repaired components pass quality check before being sold again Ensure availability of all components/spare parts required at repair section Ensure that Repair section is clean and well organized, especially in work desks Monitor, document and report all repair activities (achievements, challenges, recommendations) on weekly and monthly basis share with CTO Run tests with new hardware Ensure that health and safety procedures and policy is adhered within section Assist Inventory Coordinator in monthly inventory stock collection Participate in Technical Meetings with Technology division members and related departments

KPIs	Quality and quantity of repaired components Repair Section is Always Clean, Tidy and well organized
Requirements	Rwandan by nationality. Minimum of a diploma in Electrical or Electronics, Engineering 1+ years of experience in a similar position with a similar level of responsibility is a plus Ability to manage a team of at least 4 people Hands-on experience in PCB wiring and troubleshooting Dynamic self-starter, high energy and strong initiative Dynamic self-starter, high energy and strong initiative Fluency in English and Kinyarwanda is mandatory.
