MeshPower is an exciting start-up from the UK, dedicated to
bringing electricity services to rural communities living off-grid.  We
use smart, internet connected solar micro-grids to supply services ranging from
lighting and phone charging, to TVs and more. We are looking to scale up our
presence in Rwanda and need driven individuals to join and shape our Rwandan
operations team.

Responsibilities
Managing the customer service. This includes:

Taking customer calls
on the service hotline.
  •  
Process customer
requests incl. account changes and service upgrades.
  •  
Report and monitor
service outages.
  •  
Organise customer
service team incl. service hotline duties.
Required skills
  •  
Highly proficient in
both verbal and written English
  •  
Good typing speed and
high competency with word processing and spreadsheet programs (familiarity with
Google’s suite of online office products is a plus)
  •  
Organised and
conscientious
  •  
University graduate
(technical background beneficial)
Desirable skills
  •  
Prior experience in
customer service sector
Remuneration
The
salary will be competitive and commensurate with the applicant’s level of
experience.
