Procurement
Officers process purchasing transactions for equipment, materials, supplies,
and services for the different Departments of Mobisol.
Officers process purchasing transactions for equipment, materials, supplies,

- Process
purchase requisitions and orders within purchasing authority
- Negotiate
contract terms and conditions, and maintain supplier relationships
- Invite,
assess, and recommend supplier tenders, quotations, and proposals
- Administer
contract performance, including delivery, receipt and warranty
- Assist
in the development of specifications for equipment, materials, and
- services
to be purchased
- The
Procurement Officer is responsible for the monthly Procurement report,
including required items, preferable supplier and the predicted costs
Requirements
- Bachelor
degree in Business, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or
operations-related field is preferred ; CILT & CIPS is a plus
- Working
experiences in retail logistics or distribution management field
- Highly
proficient in Excel and comfortable with quantitative analytics
- Strong
sense of urgency and deadline driven
- Dynamic
self-starter, high energy and strong initiative
- Effective
team membership skills and high level of interpersonal skills
- Willingness
to travel domestically
- Fluency
in English and Kinyarwanda
- Driving
licence category B is a plus.
