• – Coordinate the
  warehousing supply activities to ensure stock optimization and customer
  satisfaction;

• – Supervise stock
  activities to ensure compliance with Heineken storage standards;

• – Coordinate
  non-conforms processing to ensure their reimbursement and consideration;

• – Monitor warehousing
  flows to ensure the integrality and conformity of Company assets;

• – Raise and promote
  safety awareness in the warehouse in order to reduce the risk of incidents
  and accidents;

• – Raise stock quality
  awareness among the warehousing team and prevent quality defects of
  products;

• – Report timely on the
  warehousing operations and explain figures to relevant stakeholders for
  decision making

• – Must have at least a
  Diploma(A1) in Management, Economics or related field,

• – Must have 3 years’
  experience in warehousing,

• – Must have language
  proficiency in English, French and Kinyarwanda,

• – Must have computer
  skills in MS Office.
