Gasabo District held in the National Bank of Rwanda (BNR) during working hours,
from the procurement office.

presented in four copies one of which is the original and three copies, shall
be offered with a bid security for each tender mentioned above, issued by a
bank or a registered insurance company, must reach by hand at the procurement
office of Gasabo District, 3th floor , office n” 32 in sealed envelope
(For consultancy tenders, the financial proposals must be seared in the
separate envelops with the technical proposals) addressed to the Executive
Secretary of Gasabo District to the address mentioned above not later than the 08th
September 2015 at 08:30 hrs AM local time. The bids opening will be in a
public session on the same day of submission at 09:00 hrs AM local time in the
conference room of Gasabo District.
