accounting support to the various departments and projects 3. To assist
and keep good working relationship w

Responsibilities : 1. Daily
preparation of journals and posting of accounting transactions into the
financial software 2. Verify all supporting documents for authenticity
before entering them in the organization’s accounting software 3. Work with
the finance team to accomplish finance team goals 4. Ensure that all
balance sheet accounts are reconciled appropriately on monthly basis
5. Manage monthly close books process 6. Implement and adhere to best
practice accounting procedures and processes 7. Perform other work duties
as assigned by the immediate supervisor

Qualifications and Experience Required
:

1. Bachelor degree in accounting
or related fields 2. At least two years of working experience with INGO
3. Excellent skills in MS office are required 4. Experience working
with QuickBooks preferred 5. Fluency in English and Kinyarwanda.
6. Strong quantitative and analytical skills 7. Initiative, excellent
organization ability, with attention to details 8. Self-directing,
reliable and responsible 9. Proactive work attitude and self-controlled
10. Reputation of integrity and patience 11. Effective communication
skills
