Job Description
–
Work hand in hand with concerned staff to design and update the urban road
network and conduct regular inspections of unpaved roads across the City of
Kigali and produce reports thereof;

Identify, in close collaboration with concerned stakeholders, unpaved road
maintenance needs across the City of Kigali, carry out a financial implication
analysis in this regard and advise the institution accordingly;

Conduct or review pre-feasibility, feasibility plans of unpaved roads
maintenance across the City of Kigali;

Develop an unpaved road maintenance plan and budget, and supervise, in close
collaboration with concerned stakeholders its implementation across the City if

Qualification

in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Master’s degree in Civil
Engineering, Construction Management.
