ENVIRONMENTAL AND HEALTH MANAGER
I. MAIN FUNCTION
To plan, manage, coordinate, and
administrate all plant environmental and social management systems, safety,
health, an

II. Typical work activities
- Developing
and implementing environmental strategies and action plans that ensure
corporate

all aspects of pollution control, waste management, recycling,

environmental risks and financial costs;
- Promoting
and raising awareness, at all levels of an organisation, of the impact of

environmental issues, whether legislative or best practice, on corporate,

III. HOURS OF WORK
A basic Monday – Friday work week; starting hour as
assigned by Plant Manager. The responsibilities of the job will require greater
than 40 hours per week to accomplish with some night-time and weekend duty as
required by the circumstances of the job.

QUALIFICATION (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE)

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering,
preferably chemical engineering or occupational health/environment.

- Good
experience on Environmental and Social management Systems
• Five (5) years, minimum, experience
in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Good communication skills including

• Knowledgeable of Microsoft Word,
Excel, and Power Point.
