DUTERIMBERE-IMF, Ltd invites eligible bidders to submit bids for tenders of the
purchase, transportation and installation of machines and other equipm
ents for
21 cooperatives based in Nyaruguru, Bugesera, Nygatare, Burera, Rubavu and
Rusizi disctritcs. DUTERIMBERE-IMF Ltd is coordinating this activity on behalf
of Pro-Femmes/ Twese Hamwe under a project supported by Trademark East
Africa that aims at “Strengthening the Economic Power of Women in the Informal
Cross Border Trade Sector within the Framework of regional integration”. The
machines and equipments to be purchased are described in the table below:

tender documents can be obtained from DUTERIMBERE-IMF, Ltd headquarters from
November 3rd, 2016 from 8:00 am to 4: 30 pm at working days
upon presentation of payment of non-refundable amount equal to twenty
thousand Rwandan francs (20 000 Rwf) on the account number 00040 06936047 04
RWF of DUTERIMBEREIMF, Ltd opened at Bank of Kigali.
Tenders will be submitted to Managing Director of DUTERIMBERE-IMF, Ltd. The
deadline of bids submission is fixed on November 18th, 2016 at 4:30 pm. Late
bids will be rejected. The bids opening session will take place at DUTERIMBERE-IMF,
Ltd in presence of bidders or their representatives on November 21st , 2016 at
3:00 pm .
