for an exciting opportunity for a new project in Rwanda. This is a five-year
project that aims at strengthening the Education system in Rwanda working in
collaboration with the Ministry of Educa
tion. The Finance and Administration
Officer will be support the Finance Manager in setting up the finance system in
the new project as well as undertake administration and procurement aspect at
the project set up phase.
The Finance and
administration Officer will be responsible for preparation and processing of
payment request as well as ensure and effective administration and procurement
system
