POSITION: CVM Campaign Operations Specialist
JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for managing the successful execution and operation of all CVM campaigns to
support base management activities. Lead & drive channel-use efficiency to optimize campaign effectiveness and performance & channel productivity. Ensure the implementation of all targeted offers and anti-churn offers across all relevant departments/channels within the organization. |
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the development, testing and implementation of all CVM ATL/BTL campaigns including the creation and sign-off of all relevant documents. Manage CVM relationships across all relevant departments and stakeholders and gain a good understanding of the delivery capabilities of the systems deployed by the Technical team
- Work with CVM Manager to identify the appropriate mix of channels for each offer/campaign and ensure proper execution of offers through selected channels to targeted segments
- Champion effective campaign development methods including piloting campaigns with
the test & control group approach. Develop initiatives to ensure high uptake rates for implemented offers - Track all campaign/offer results and report on impact and performance (financial, uptake rate, etc) and identify opportunities to maximize revenues and improve customer satisfaction with subsequent campaigns
- Develop a library of offers for acquisition, base (upsell, cross-sell, loyalty) and churn/retention management to aid in rapid prototyping and deployment
- Manage the use of all direct communication channels and platforms such as telemarketing, balance check messages, top up messages, SMS broadcast, post-call notifications, OBD, commercial Targeted Sales System (TSS) administrator etc. Work with the Marketing and Customer Care teams to develop and maintain a database of messaging content for each channel, including call scripts
- Configure and schedule weekly segmented offer messages for all channels
CVM Targeted Campaign Management:
Anti-churn Implementation:
- Work with CVM Manager to implement early churn detection and proactive churn management processes and activities across all touch points and channels (Customer Care, Go-To-Market etc)
- Develop a management and reporting dashboard to identify churn per GTM channel
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with Other Teams to Deliver Projects on Time
- Lead the creation of the blue print of a product/offer and work with the Tech/IT teams to prepare products for roll out
- Define and validate creative briefs, as needed; and work with the Marketing team
to develop internal and external communication strategies (including communication bulletin and launch event) for new products - Coordinate with Sales and Distribution on promotional activities
LEADERSHIP AND TEAMWORK
- Able to collaborate and drive engagement across functions through effective
stakeholder management
- Lead the implementation of key projects within the CVM function
- Collaborate with team members to contribute to a creative, diverse and customer-obsessed work environment
- Has the courage to share opinion on challenging matters and debate them
QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:
- University degree, preferable in marketing, communication, arts or engineering.
Master’s degree would be a plus - 2-3 years’ experience in a related role
- Strong understanding of the telecoms industry
- Experience in CVM and developing and/or managing products and services
- Deep, creative thinker able to view a problem from different angles and develop
innovative solutions - Ability to handle detail and think strategically while retaining sense of the big
picture - Proactive, with strong personal drive
- Strong quantitative ability
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills
