Purpose
of the job
The
job holder plays a key role in related procedures to warehousing functions,
monitors all finished product SAP transactions to contribute towards
achievement of sales targets
Key
Responsibilities
  • Capture
    input sales and all finished product transactions in SAP
  • Create
    and implement proper filing systems for finished products transactions
    in reference to SAP transactions
  • Handle
    imbalance reconciliations with the customers
  • Manage
    and monitor terms of sales agreement
  • Daily,
    weekly, and monthly reporting of finished goods transactions
  • Organize
    and implement a filing system referencing the SAP transactions of
    clients
  • Compile
    and reconcile data from various stakeholders
  • Follow
    up customer order shipment
  • Strictly
    adhere to safety and health rules as the company policy entails
  • Any
    other duties assigned by the supervisor
Knowledge
and educational level
  • A
    Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting,
    Management or any other related area.
Required
level of experiences
  • 3
    years’ experience in banking and auditing
  • Proven
    experience in reconciliation of financial data
  • A
    Good command of SAP system will be an added advantage
  • Experience
    in managing sales agreements
  • Excel
    reporting skills
