Baho
International Hospital (BIH) would like to recruit a Nurse who will be
charged of customer care.
Responsibilities:
- To
be able to operate as customer care agent
- Arrange
all appointments of the patients who need medical consultation.
- Responsible
for welcoming and registering the patients in Soft clinic;
- Responsible
for orienting patients to needed services;
- Responsible
for receiving, direct and relay telephone messages of the patients or
visitors;
- Ensure
all coming calls of patients and handle caller’s inquiries whenever
possible;
- Receive
all cash payment in the cashier;
- Ensure
the Bank deposit of the money.
Conditions:
- To
have an Advanced Diploma (A1) or a Bachelor Degree (A0) in General
Nursing;
- To
accept to work as an internee for a period of six (6) months;
- To
speak and write English. To know French is an added advantage.
