• Planning,
  organizing, coordination, promoting and facilitation of radio related
  on-ground
  activities;
• Identifies,
  schedules and maintains suppliers for defined events;
• Liaison
  with line managers to aggressively gather information on each project to
  achieve
  quality event standards;
• Conduct
  research, make site visits, and find resources to help staff make
  decisions about
  event possibilities;
• Propose
  new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process. Serve
  as
  liaison with vendors on event-related matters;
• Day
  to day events finance tracking and closure of accounts;
• Assist
  with preparing events budgets and provide periodic progress reports to
  relevant
  persons;
• Coordinate
  appointments and visits to see venues, and scheduling of events on the
  calendar;
• Provide
  reports on events, their outcomes, key learning and value add to the
  business;
• Plans
  and coordinates administrative activities for radio CSR programs;
• Achieve
  event department budgets & targets as agreed on an annual basis.

• At
  least 3 years’ experience in events coordination and management;
• Excellent
  communication skills;
• Ability
  to manage multiple projects and work assignments with a variety of staff
  and
  suppliers;
• Excellent
  interpersonal skills both in person and by phone, with high
  professionalism;
• Ability
  to work with little supervision;
• Fantastic
  customer service ethics and quality management;
• Ability
  to present & sell concepts & products to prospective clients.
