correction needs of under-served populations in the develo

ping world. Our aim
is to make primary eye health including low-cost eyeglasses, available to
populations where access to eye care services is limited.

Vision
for a Nation Foundation in Rwanda is the first national level program with the
aim of providing all Rwandans access to vision assessments and eyeglasses to
all who need them in all Health Centers across the Country
Vision
for a nation would like to invite experienced, self motivated and hardworking
individuals to submit their CV’s and applications for the following position of
National Coordination Officer;
Applicant
Profile
  1. Good
    Inter personal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  1. Strong
    planning skills
  1. Demonstrated
    behavior of professional and personal ethics, transparency and openness;
  1. Computer
    literacy (World, Excel and Power Point)
  1. Ability
    to work under pressure and meet strict deadline
  1. Organized
    and able to work independently
  1. Promotes
    the vision, mission and strategic goals of vision for a nation Foundation
  1. Frequent
    travel in all Districts






Education
·        
Bachelor’s degree in Public Health Management or other related fields
Experience
·        
2 years of relevant experience working in at least one of the following areas
public health and/or Community development
·        
Experience with INGOs
·        
Experience in Coordination, Monitoring and Evaluations
·        
Experience of capacity building
·        
Good understanding of Rwanda’s universal health care systems
Language
requirements:
·        
Fluency in English
·        
Proficiency in French desirable
